Refund Policy

Please note that promotional items are sold as is and cannot be refunded or exchanged.

BEFORE to make a possible return, contact us by mail (contact@streetwear-society.store) indicating the following information to us so that your request can be processed as soon as possible

- Number of the order ( # .....)

- The Or THE affected items (Product name)

- Several Pictures one or more products

- Explain the reason for the return (Size, Quality, Style, etc.)

RETURN CONDITIONS

  • Return costs are your responsibility.
  • The request must be made within 14 days (from the date of delivery).
  • All items must be returned in their shipping conditions (labels, packaging...).
  • All damaged products cannot be refunded.
  • We have the right to refuse any return after reviewing your request.
  • We will not be responsible for any address error on the part of the customer.
  • Delivery charges will not be refunded
  • Markdown products are non-refundable

We will do the refund once the product(s) have been received

Refunds may take up to 14 working days , depending on the payment system at the time of purchase.

If you your order is declared lost or stolen during its delivery, a credit note will be sent to you so that you can reorder.
