Refund policy

BEFORE initiating a potential return, please contact us via email at contact@streetwear-society.store and provide the following information so that we can process your request as quickly as possible:

  • Full Name
  • Order Number (#.....)
  • The item(s) in question (Product Name)
  • Multiple photos of the item(s)
  • Explain the reason for the return (Size, Quality, Style...)

RETURN CONDITIONS

Return shipping costs are your responsibility. Requests must be made within 14 days (starting from the date of delivery). All items must be returned in their original condition (with labels, packaging, etc.). Damaged products cannot be refunded. We reserve the right to reject any return after reviewing your request. We are not responsible for any address errors made by the customer. Shipping fees will not be refunded.

REFUNDS & CREDITS

We will process the refund once we receive the item(s).

Refunds may take up to 14 business days, depending on the payment system used at the time of purchase.

If your order is declared lost or stolen during shipment, we will issue a Credit for you to place a new order.
