DELIVERY
WHERE DO WE DELIVER?

We deliver worldwide (USA, Canada, Europe, North Africa, Asia and Australia).

WHAT ARE THE SHIPPING FEES ?

Delivery is always free.

WHAT IS THE DELIVERY DELAY?

Shipping takes 2-5 days. Delivery is generally done in 10 to 20 days anywhere in the world (excluding DOM-TOM where it can vary up to 1 month).

WHO MAKES THE DELIVERY?

Delivery is made by your local post.

WHEN IS MY PACKAGE DELIVERED?

Your package is delivered during office hours (9 a.m. to 5 p.m.). If you are not there, the postman will leave the package in the mailbox or if there is no access, you will have to collect the package from your local post office.

HOW CAN I TRACK MY PACKAGE ?

A tracking number is attached to the shipping confirmation email. It will be used to track your package worldwide. To track your package, use the site of your national post office (La Poste for France, for example).

I HAVE NOT RECEIVED MY PACKAGE, WHAT SHOULD I DO?

Please contact the post office, which is responsible for delivery, for more information. If the post cannot help you, we will take over by email. You have 30 days (from dispatch) to receive your package. Beyond 30 days, you can request a refund or a commercial gesture will be made to thank you for your patience.



RETURNS AND REFUNDS
MY PACKAGE DOES NOT SUIT ME, WHAT CAN I DO?

You can return your package within 14 days for a refund or an exchange. In the case of a refund, it will take 7 to 14 working days depending on the payment method. For exchange, we will resend an item to you upon receipt of the return. BEFORE making a referral, contact us on Instagram or by email to discuss the terms.

Only one exchange/return will be made per order.

DO I HAVE TO PAY THE RETURN?

Return costs are your responsibility. A refund is possible if the error is ours (defective product, wrong color/size etc...).

HOW TO MAKE THE RETURN?

BEFORE making a return, contact us by email (contact@streetwear-society.com) and Instagram (@sws_official).

Any product can be refunded with appreciation from SWS™
Here are the return conditions:


- The return costs are your responsibility.

- The request must be made within 14 days (from the date of delivery).

- All items must be returned in their shipping conditions (tags, packaging, etc.).

- All damaged products cannot be refunded.

- We reserve the right to refuse any return after studying your request.

- We will not be responsible for any address errors on the part of the customer.

HOW TO RECEIVE THE REFUND?

We automatically refund within 7 to 14 days depending on your method of payment (credit card / PayPal).

CARD PAYMENT - FAST & SECURE

We accept the following credit cards:

- VISA and MasterCard.

- For your security, all transactions are encrypted by secure software. We do not have access to your banking information.

- Your card will only be debited once your order has been dispatched*.


* If the credit card transaction is approved, the amount will be immediately reserved and you will receive an order confirmation by email. Your card will be debited when your order is dispatched. If you return items, you will most often be refunded the difference to your credit card. If the credit card transaction is not approved, your order will be cancelled. Please contact your bank or credit card agency with any questions about this.

PAYPAL

Currently, our partnership with the PayPal platform allows us to secure your payments 100% and to offer you a unique speed of payment and refund.

Your payment will only take a few minutes:

1. Select PayPal as the payment method when completing your order.

2. You will be redirected to the PayPal site to complete the payment.

3. If you are already a PayPal customer, you can log in with your credentials and confirm the payment. If you don't have a PayPal account, you can create one and confirm payment.

4. You will be redirected to revengexstore.fr once your order and your payment have been validated!

PROMO CODES
CAN I CUMULATE PROMO CODES?

You cannot combine promo codes. You can only use one at a time.

WHAT IS THE VALIDITY PERIOD OF THE PROMO CODES?

Most of our codes have indefinite durations
