Return Policy

You can return most new and unopened items within days of delivery for a full refund. We will pay return shipping costs if the error is on our part, such as an incorrect item, etc. Return shipping costs are your responsibility. You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of returning the package. If you need to return an item, simply log in to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link in the My Account menu, and click the "Return Item(s)" button.
