We advise you to take 1 size above, or even 2 additional sizes compared to your usual size, if you are S, we advise you to take M, see L

• The ideal size for a man 1M71 - 67 kilos is: S
• The ideal size for a man 1M81 - 76 kilos is: M
• The ideal size for a man 1M90 - 88 kilos is: L
• The ideal size for a woman 1M61 - 48 kilos is: XS/S
