14 day return guarantee

If you have any reason or suggestion that you are not satisfied with the order, please contact our customer service at contact@streetwear-society.store within 14 days of receiving the product to request a return. Our customer service team will provide you with our returns address. And all return costs are the responsibility of the customer. Our customer service will always provide the best service to our customers.
Note: Due to external factors such as equipment and display brightness, the product image will be different from the actual product.

Steps to contact us:
Please email us at contact@streetwear-society.store describing the problem in detail, including the reason for the return, as well as your order number and product SKU number. For defective, incorrect or not as described items, please send us a clear photo or video of the problem. please keep the image below 2MB.
Our solutions :
1. Liability of Streetwear Society Store
· If our company is responsible for the problem, we will authorize a return to our warehouse for a refund and/or exchange.
· Once we receive the item, we will offer you compensation or resend you a replacement for free at our cost.
2. Customer responsibility
· If the customer ordered an incorrect size or product or simply wishes to exchange the item, we can also authorize a return.
· The customer is responsible for shipping charges for an exchange, and we will refund the original cost of the product upon receipt of the returned item. All shipping charges are non-refundable.

 WARRANTY NOTES

Our warranty does not apply to products listed in the following categories: contact lenses, swimwear, lingerie, earrings and clearance items, or any discounted items provided that Streetwear Society Store does not have made a mistake. If i Streetwear Society Store has made a mistake, we will always resolve the issue to your satisfaction.

All returned items must be in new condition, unused/unworn, unwashed, with all original tags and original packaging intact.

Compensation period

For returned or exchange items, we will need 3-6 business days after receiving your item(s) to process the solution.
After this period, the reimbursement period is as follows:
Refunds to Paypal account: up to 48 hours
Credit card refunds: between 7 and 14 business days
Wallet refunds: up to 24 hours.

If the return is caused by the consumer, the consumer should be responsible for the shipping costs. Specific charges should be based on the delivery company you choose. If, for our reasons, the goods received are damaged or incorrect, the consumer is not obliged to bear the shipping costs for this reason. No restocking fees to charge consumers for returning a product.
